Get Riding Again!

Have you had a break from biking, or been in an accident that has knocked your confidence? Did you pass your bike licence before Jan 2013 and want to experience riding a bigger machine? ‘Back to Biking’ could be just what you need to get you back on the road.

This session is for anyone that holds a current motorcycle licence. It will be a minimum of 2 hours and is tailored to your specific needs. You will be in a small group of people with similar circumstances and abilities.


  • 16 years or over

  • Provisional/driving licence

  • Can read a new style number plate at 20meters (about 66 feet)

  • Know how to ride a push bike

  • Have knowledge of Highway Code & traffic signs

Must bring with you on the day:

  • A current motorbike licence AM/A1/A2/A (or a motorbike licence taken before Jan 2013, which has been automatically upgraded to A)

  • Boots that cover the ankle

  • Jeans/strong trousers

These will be provided on the day free of charge. However, if you have your own motorcycle equipment you are welcome to bring these to use on the day.
